BOISE, Idaho (CBS2) — Several underage people visiting a downtown Boise motel have been charged or cited following a report of an assault.
A Boise Police officer told CBS2 that officers were originally called out to the Cabana Inn Wednesday afternoon for a report of an assault. After getting a search warrant at around 9 p.m Wednesday evening, Boise Police say they found narcotics in a hotel room.
The call led to a discovery of a motel room full of people as well as guns and illegal drugs, BPD said.
Many of the people in the room were underage.
Inside the room, police say the found 1.47 pounds of suspected marijuana, 15 grams of suspected cocaine, 5.4 grams of suspected MDMA, four packages of an unknown amount of LSD and other drug paraphernalia.
Jadon Castro, 18, was charged with four felonies and five other underage suspects between 15-17 were also charged or cited.
